房間很好，是高檔酒店的感覺。本來定了邦臣，但是前台辦入住的同一航班有上百人，可能是邦臣可以轉機免費吧，我的票不知道為什麼沒有免費住宿，所以我就退訂了邦臣。早餐也不錯，服務人員也都很好，總之很滿意。

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel. Whether it is facilities, environment or hygiene, it is great. It takes only ten minutes to get to the terminal and it is all indoors! Thank you very much to the front desk staff Gao Xue for the excellent service. She upgraded my room and reminded me that the king-size bed room is close to the runway and it is noisy, so she changed it to a twin bed. Then I really felt the hospitality of Shandong and the enthusiasm of Qingdao. My impression of Qingdao is very much improved! And every time I come to Qingdao, I will definitely choose this hotel. It is really as warm as home!
